| Description: |
The M.S. in Nursing with a specialization in Education addresses the growing need for more nursing education positions in L.P.N., A.D.N., and B.S.N. programs. This innovative program is designed to prepare nurses with the skills, confidence, and education necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of a faculty position. The Master of Science in Nursing R.N. Track is a curriculum for students without a bachelor’s degree in nursing. Applicants who have graduated from associate and diploma nursing programs and are licensed as registered nurses may be accepted in the M.S. in Nursing program, provided they fulfill the general education requirements. Once applicants meet these requirements, they are admitted and begin taking the foundational courses. Students then progress onto the M.S. in Nursing core curriculum and finally the specialization courses. |
