Its focus is to provide a specialized degree for business leaders who want to advance their career and engage in more senior management activities and responsibilities oriented toward shaping the future of their organizations.

The MSSL degree is awarded upon successful completion of 11 courses comprising 36 credits. Students take one course during each 7-week term, enabling most students to finish the MSSL program in less than two years.

The curriculum will challenge you to identify limitations and mindsets that inhibit strategic thinking; develop a framework for creating strategic options; and discern leadership behaviors that contribute to managing change and uncertainty in your organization and the global business environment.
