| The AIU Online Bachelor of Business Administration in Organizational Psychology & Development gives the student an understanding of human behavior and organizational dynamics that affect business success and develops the skills to function effectively in group and organizational settings. The focus of the curriculum is to challenge students to use basic principles and typical patterns of human behavior to understand the behavior of others within an organizational context. Students completing the program will also have a foundation for understanding of how to use knowledge of group dynamics, leadership, and employee development to facilitate communication, decision making, and improved effectiveness in organizational settings. Additional topics of study include the application of ethics to professional decision making, how to apply organizational theories to solve organizational problems and the effectiveness of data-gathering and analysis skills to define and plan solutions to applied problems. Employee training and development is also covered. Graduates can pursue careers such as Human Resource Assistants, Training and Development Coordinators, Customer Service Representatives, Training Coordinators and many other in-demand positions. |
