The AIU Online Associate of Arts in Business Administration degree program with a concentration in Human Resources takes the real-world business skills taught in the AABA degree program and applies them to specific knowledge of the increasingly integral roles played by today`s human resource Administrators. Students will gain the knowledge related to recruitment, selection, team dynamics, compensation, benefits, and records management. Coursework also covers employee benefits programs, compensation and incentive plans, and the application of teambuilding and conflict resolution to solve problems within an organization.
